Crochet Society Update – Impact of Corona Virus

Hello subscribers!

We will be keeping this post updated with the very latest detail we have available for subscribers. Unfortunately, many of the delays are entirely out of our hands, we’ve looked at every avenue to speed up delivery. The delays that the UK are seeing on many products are because essential items are being prioritised in the transportation hubs. This is totally understandable, just very frustrating for us and of course for all of our subscribers.
We will ensure that all boxes are sent asap, if you have any concerns our customer service team are here to help.

    I have not heard anything and received any updates; had to search for it on line☹️ I have not received box 10 yet or confirmation it been sent out ☹️ It would be nice if crochet society reward those loyal customers and for the waiting; it would be nice especially in these awful times,

    Are there any recent updates regarding box 10. I fully appreciate the problems but information is king as they say.

    On the BellaCoco Instagram stories, Sarah-Jayne said the boxes had arrived at the warehouse on the 27th and they would be shipping them out soon. Hopefully we’ll get box 10 in the next few days 😃👍🏻

    Hello. I have just received Box 10 thank you. Having opened it and checked all the contents, I see that there is no tassle maker included. As there is no note informing me that there might be difficulty obtain one at present but will forward one to me in the near future, am I to think this has been an oversight from the packing department or what please?

    Hi, I received my box 10 3 days ago, as I’m a 12 week isolation person, I waited a further 72 hours, This morning I thoroughly enjoyed opening my beautiful , high quality box, with my lovely new Bella Coco crochet hook. Sorry I,m not up with the hashtags and facebook stuff. since I last commented, I have finished 9 giant Bunnies, a Kimono style cardigan, and a lil cave boy for one of my grandsons. I may have taking since January to do this but, the snail gets there in the end. By day, I use my lovely push button sewing machine to make headbands and grab bags for the nhs. Again, very slow but get there in the end. I am very reliant on mail order, and am used to waiting for most things, the joy of opening a crochet box is always worth the wait.     I subscribed on the 2nd May for bi annual and haven’t received anything, yet one of my colleagues received her box 11 yesterday. Please can I get an update? I have DM’d the team on Instagram and haven’t had a reply.

    Still no Box 10 and I was a little surprised to see that the Box 11 unboxing was already. It is pretty frustrating. I feel like there could be better communication. It isn’t helpful to me to get the Box 11 unboxing video when I have NO idea when I’ll even get box 10. I’d just like to know!

    Hi I joined for the 3 month subscription in late April I did get my acknowledgement letter, but have not received any other communication. I understand that the pandemic has delayed lots of items, I would like to know approximately a ship date if possible.

    Doesn’t really seem as if anyone is monitoring these questions but I thought I’d give it a shot anyway. I’m in the US and just received the May box (11). I see that videos are up for boxes 12 (June) and 13 (July), but I have not received those. Can I get an update on this? These boxes are not cheap. I understand Covid issues, but an update would be appreciated.
