Hi! What are you up to today?
Today, like every day, you can find me crocheting away! I’m currently working on some
new designs that I hope to share soon.
What is your favourite type of project to crochet?
Amigurumis are definitely my favorite thing to crochet. Creating cute and cuddly
creatures is very satisfying!
Where’s your favourite place to crochet?
My favorite place to crochet is in my crochet nook. I have all the supplies I need right by
my side to get me in a creative state of mind.
Which of your crochet projects are you proudest of?
I have a special place in my heart for everything I make, but my original designs are
definitely some of my favorite creations. Seeing my hard work come to fruition is the
best kind of reward!
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve ever faced with your crochet?
I’ve had many challenges come up along the way, but the biggest challenge I’ve faced
so far is learning how to get my tension just right. Adjusting hook sizes, changing yarn
brands, and practicing over and over has helped me get to a place I’m confident with.
What’s the best piece of crochet advice you’ve ever received?
One piece of advice I’ve received that’s been very helpful is that patience is key. Don’t
expect everything to go right on your first try. Be ready to frog a project and start over if
that’s what it takes to get the best possible outcome.
Do you have any big crochet plans coming up?
Currently, I’m working on designing more! I’ll see where that road takes me, but for now
I’m just enjoying the process.
