Crochet Society Box 29 – Oriana Rossi

Hi! What are you up to today?

Hi there, most of my time nowadays is spent with our newest family member! I’m still managing to dedicate some time to crafting, but that time is a bit limited at the moment… 🙂

What is your favourite type of project to crochet?

Most of the time I will opt for smaller projects with interesting details – I love making intricate amigurumi! But I prefer simple patterns when I am traveling, listening to audiobooks, or chatting with people, just to keep my hands busy while focusing on other things.

Where’s your favourite place to crochet?

Everywhere I go… most of the time I’ll have one of my projects on me and will take it out to do some stitching whenever I get a chance.

Which of your crochet projects are you proudest of?

Can’t possibly pick one!

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve ever faced with your crochet?

Expecting my work to be perfect every step of the way.

What’s the best piece of crochet advice you’ve ever received?

Keep on going! Especially after noticing an imperfection, if I keep at it, I’ll either be able to fix whatever I messed up or learn to accept the uniqueness of that particular item.

Do you have any big crochet plans coming up?

My crochet has been taken over by baby themed crafts lately, but I do have some other ideas and designs in the make that I’m hoping to share soon.

Where can people find out more about you?

You can find my patterns on Ravelry: Oriana Rossi
