Pattern instructions 

With A chain 133

Row 1 (RS): Starting in 2nd h from hook, dc across. Turn. 132 sts

Row 2: 2 ch, htr across. Turn

Row 3: 1 ch *dc, 2 htr, 2 tr, 2 dtr, 2 tr, 2 htr, dc; rep from * to end. Turn Change to B.

Row 4: 2 ch *dtr. 2 tr, 2 htr, 2 dc, 2 htr, 2 tr, dtr; rep from * to end. Turn

Row 5: As row 3 Rep the last 2 rows twice. Fasten off after row 9, do not turn. Join yarn A to 1st st of previous row Row 10 (RS): 2 ch, htr across. Turn Change to C.

Rep rows 4-5 three times. Fasten off after row 16, do not turn. Join yarn A to 1st st of previous row

Row 17: As row 10 Change to D Rep rows 4-5 three times. Fasten off after row 23, do not turn Join yarn A to 1st st of previous row

Row 24: As row 10 Change to E Rep rows 4-5 three times. Fasten off after row 30, do not turn Join yarn A to 1st st of previous row

Row 31: As row 10 Rep rows 4-31 two more times using the colours as indicated Rep rows 4-30 once more, do not fasten off after row 113, turn. Change to A

Row 116: 1 ch, dc across, turn.

Using A

Row 1: 1 ch, dc evenly around the blanket working 1 dc in each st and starting chain and approx 150 sts in each rough edge, (dc, 2 ch, dc) in each corner st, sl st to 1st dc.

Row 2: 2 ch, htr around, (htr, 2 ch, htr) in each 2 ch sp, sl st to 1st htr

Row 3: 1 ch, *dc, 1 ch, miss 1, rep from * around, 3 dc in each 2 ch sp, sl st to 1st dc. Fasten off Weave in ends and block
