Yarn used Cygnet Seriously Chunky; 6 balls in Candyfloss 809, 4 balls each in Barley 4884 & turquoise 552, 2 balls each in Ocean 619 & Lemon Zest 978

Tension 6 sts x 9 rnds = 10cm measured over tr
Hook used 10mm

Sizing 30cm across x 15cm tall
Start crocheting
3 ch at beg of rnd counts as first tr. Centre cream is worked in the amigurumi style, in a spiral, without slip stitching or turning chains. Use a st marker or waste yarn to keep track of the first st of each rnd. 3 cushions shown are made with the foll colour combinations: MC Barley and CC turquoise; MC Candyfloss and CC Lemon Zest; MC Ocean and CC Candyfloss.
Macaron Side (make 2)
Rnd 1: With MC and working into a magic ring, 3 ch, 11 tr, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. 12 sts
Rnd 2: 3 ch, 1 tr in first st, 2 tr in each st around, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. 24 sts
Rnd 3: 3 ch, 2 tr in next st, <1 tr, 2 tr in next st> 11 times, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. 36 sts
Rnd 4: 3 ch, 1 tr, 2 tr in next st, <2 tr, 2 tr in next st> 11 times, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. 48 sts
Rnd 5: 3 ch, 2 tr, 2 tr in next st, <3 tr, 2 tr in next st> 11 times, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. 60 sts
Rnds 6-7: 3 ch, tr around, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch.
Rnd 8: 3 ch, 2 tr, 1 tr2tog, <3 tr, 1 tr2tog> 11 times, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. 48 sts
Rnd 9: 3 ch, tr in BLO around, join with sl st in top of beg 3 ch. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Centre Cream With CC, chain 8. Join to work in the rnd, being careful not to twist.
Rnd 1: 8 dc. 8 sts Rep Rnd1 until piece measures 73cm from beg. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Do not stuff.
Finishing Stuff each of the two sides of the macaron and sew the last rnds to each other to close and join tog. Lay cream in the space between sides, and close it in a circle by sewing the short ends tog.
