What’s New in Crochet Society’s 2025 Advent Calendar?

Each year we share our limited edition Advent CALendar, packed full of festive joy. This year we’ve taken our customer’s valuable feedback on board, so if you loved the last calendar, you’ll be blown away by our 2025 edition. Here’s a rundown of the biggest changes and new features you can look forward to.

Six New Festive Patterns

This year’s calendar includes a brand-new custom-designed CAL blanket, plus we have added five quicker festive makes to suit everyone’s needs. So, whether you’re looking for a dedicated CAL Christmas project or a few shorter evening/weekend makes during the busiest month of the year, we have it all here!

There’s enough yarn in the calendar to create the amazing festive blanket or a selection of the five other projects. 

Each pattern has been checked by crochet experts, comes with digital patterns and includes both left and right handed video tutorials! Also, there will still be a daily crochet along for those who would like to participate in the daily festivities.

A Full-Colour Printed Book

We've made it easier than ever to crochet your way this year. If you prefer to get away from your screen or find digital patterns fiddly then you'll love the high quality, full-colour printed pattern book we've included with your calendar. We wanted to bring all of your festive patterns together, so you can keep them in one place, hassle-free, forever.

And don’t worry - the CAL blanket pattern is still going to be available online too. The pattern will be broken down for each day, so you can participate in this year’s blanket crochet-along without having to download or print anything!
